What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card, and debit cards. We accept any US-issued magstripe or chip card bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. We also accept mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
How soon should I book?
Sometimes you can arrange transportation in ten minutes, but we suggest that you book at least two days prior to departure or as soon as you've arranged reservations (airline ticket, cruise, etc.).
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free if you cancel within 24 hours of the trip. We charge a 20% deposit on group trips or prolonged trips estimated to be greater than 1 hour.
Do you accept pets?
We will happily transport pets - we ask that they're well-behaved, clean, and either leashed or kenneled. Drivers reserve the right to deny pets they deem unsuitable to transport. Vehicles are cleaned after every ride, and we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee for any messy companions.
